The regular meetings are held at St. Mark's church hall on 20th Ave in Ocean Park on Monday Evenings starting at 6:15 PM (12953 - 20th Ave).  We will have several changes to this regular meeting schedule due to holidays, outings etc.  Our updated schedule to mid November is listed here (note it is subject to change)

Updated Oct 5 from Sept 30 email to parents:

What has changed is that there is no bottle drive and no Remembrance Day event on the schedule.

Lastly - a reminder about Popcorn sales.  This is our number 1 fundraiser.   Please bring your money in on Oct 27, 2008.  Note Scouter Andrew will get the shipment of Popcorn tentatively on Nov 22, so we can distribute to our customers the following week. Parent Participation
We very much encourage parent participation as we do a lot of crafts and some crafts will require help for the younger ones especially. Last year we only had one parent not stay for the meetings and that was due to the fact that she was leading a guide troup on Monday evenings. Knowing everyone has their own areas of expertise and interesting contacts, we welcome ideas and suggestions for games, crafts and outings ideas.

Sample of Last Year's Outings
